In the European Union have began investigation from Archipenko Foundation and five major auctonhaus because of the thorough suspicion of fraud.

The Market Surveillance Committee and the Culture Committee of the European Union conduct proceedings against the affected Foundation and Auction Houses.

The appearance of  statue  Alexander Archipenko   Horseman  induced the investigations.
